Job Summary:
As an Associate Category - Men Fashion, you will lead and execute plans to scale supplier businesses, expand product selection, and ensure competitive pricing within the men's fashion category. You'll guide a team of Key Account Managers, define strategy, measure performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to deliver growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide a team of Key Account Managers
- Advocate Meesho's values and principles
- Collaborate with central teams for optimal selection, pricing, and discoverability
- Develop and improve execution processes
- Define KPIs and assess performance at team and individual levels
- Communicate priorities and key decisions effectively
- Improve supplier engagement and issue resolution
- Drive efficiency with data-driven decision making
- Set short and mid-term category goals and design execution roadmaps

Requirements:
Education: BE/B.Tech from a premium institute

- Strong business acumen and customer understanding
- Effective communication and leadership skills
